How to return your order

Check it qualifies

Within 30 days, unused, and in the original packaging. If that's a yes, you're good to go.

Get in touch with your order number and what you're sending back. We'll confirm before you post.

Pack it properly & include your order number

This is the one we really need you to get right. Without an order number inside the parcel, we can't match the return to you and your refund will be delayed.

  • All parts and tags included
No order number = no refund until we identify it

Post it tracked

Send it to our returns address using a tracked service. Keep your receipt until your refund lands.

We check it in

Once it arrives we inspect the item to make sure it's unused and complete. Usually 1 to 2 working days.

Returns policy

Here's what you need to know.

Short version, no jargon.

  • You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • Return postage is on you. We don't cover it for change-of-mind returns.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, not store credit.
  • If your item arrived faulty or damaged, that's on us. Email us and we'll sort it.

If the item comes back used, damaged, or without its original packaging, we won't be able to refund it. You'll need to cover postage to get it sent back to you.

Common questions

How long until I get my refund?

Once your return reaches us, we inspect it within 1 to 2 working days. After that the refund hits your original payment method in 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.

Can I exchange instead of refund?

We don't do direct exchanges. The cleanest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for what you actually want.

What if my item arrived faulty?

Email info@precisionkart.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. If it's a fault on our end, we'll cover return postage and sort a replacement or refund.

What happens if I forget to include my order number?

We'll do our best to match it up using the sender name and address, but it slows everything down. To keep your refund quick, always pop a note inside the parcel with your order number and full name.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, unless it's marked as final sale or custom. Standard 30-day, unused, original-packaging rules still apply.
