Designed specifically for the old-style OTK calipers, they deliver the same trusted stopping power that has made our BSD pads a paddock favourite with a compound engineered to unlock better feel, more confidence, and less fade.

Brake Pad Bedding-In Guide
Consistent bite. Better modulation. Less glazing.

Prep
Clean disc (brake cleaner). Check pads slide freely. Avoid bedding on a glazed disc.

Warm-up laps
2–3 easy laps. Light braking only. Bring temperature up gradually.

Firm brake events
6–8 firm brakes from medium speed down to low speed. Don’t stop fully.

Short reset between hits
Leave ~10–15 seconds between each brake event to avoid overheating and glazing.

Cool-down laps
2–3 laps with minimal braking. Let the disc cool evenly.

Feel check
Bite should feel smoother and more consistent. If it’s still weak/grabby, repeat steps 3–5 once.
Avoid
Holding the brake while stationary after a heavy stop (can imprint pad material and cause vibration / inconsistent bite).
